1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods — whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified me of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

(a) Custom-made Fine-Art Prints / Made-to-order products

There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements.
This includes, for example:

• Fine-Art prints

• Posters

• Canvases

• Any print-on-demand product made exclusively after order placement

(b) Digital Products (Downloads, gift cards, files)

The right of withdrawal expires immediately once:

• the digital content has been delivered, AND

• you have expressly agreed that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends.

At checkout, customers must confirm:

“I expressly agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately, and I acknowledge that my right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins.”

(c) Photography & Videography Services

The right of withdrawal expires if the service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, provided the customer gave their prior express consent.
